Wow!! Some exciting things are happening around Life Lessons From My Father.  I shall be talking at the South Orange Public  Library at 7:00 P.M. tomorrow, the 21St.  They have made the most amazing bannor reading: S. O. P. L. presents John Fouts Gardenhire discussing his new book...  Wonderful to behold  indeed.

I was interviewed today by a reporter for the News Record.  She ask questions of me for an hour and will have an article ready to appear in the paper in a few days!!  She also wants to do a piece on Alissa as soon as Alissa's new invention hits the market this summer.

On top of all this,  I have been invited to do a book signing in Harlem at the Weston United main office at 321 W. 125 St. on the 28Th.  So you see that things are jumping around here.  

I would be even more excited save that I sprained my hip while in NYC last Friday.  It is improved but my doctor assures me that sans theropy of the physical kind it will heal in a week or so.   He ordered some heavey duty pain pills and rest as the treatment of his choice.  This injury simply remindes me of a dear friend's saying:  "Old age is not for sissys."

All in all, it has been a wonderful week.
