I am working to get book stores to feature Life Lessons from My Father in their store windows.  It is not easy, to wit: managers do not appear as they contract to do.  Two out of two did not today!!   But my Manhattan trip was worth while none the less because I sold a few books and met a marvelous book store owner in the cab que by pure chance.  She runs a very specialzed shop: rare books, prints and early American paintings out on E 59TH Street.  She was just full of information and ideas about marketing LL and offered to help with getting the word about it out!

We have posters on all of the Maplewood town bulletin boards around our town center and our local book store is getting calls already.  This posting is a part of our drive to sell 2,ooo copies by the end of the year.  Keep your fingers crossed.

I have an interview on Octboer 2 with a station that is based in Indiana.  Why Indiana, I do not know.  It was organized by the publisher.

CJ has recovered from his ear infection and is himself again.  That is great to see even if it is exhausting.

I have had a phone call and email from two of my favorite nieces in the past week.  Wow!! Something is afoot.
